Cinnamon is well known for its ability to lower blood sugar and improve insulin sensitivity, but the most common type “Cassia” AKA Saigon Cinnamon contains a significant amount of the compound coumarin which can be toxic to your liver. Yikes! Who wants that, right?
We prefer not to have to worry about that so our CEYLON Cinnamon Granola uses the much healthier type of cinnamon called either“true cinnamon” or Ceylon.

Ceylon cinnamon granola
Great product, I love the Ceylon cinnamon. It’s always hard to find a granola without all the added sugar! This is it and so happy that I found it. And they ship it so fast ! Thank you
EVERYDAY
I have been eating this every day since I found it. I’ll make a parfait in the morning with berries and Icelandic yogurt and I couldn’t be happier. I don’t know when I’ll change my routine for breakfast, but I don’t see it happening anytime soon. Eating this delicious yogurt is a treat and I would go to great links to get it as to why I buy five at a time.
