Air fryer foodies unite. You will absolutely love how this flavorful crisp crust enhances your salmon dish. This one comes to us from Marty, in Suwanee GA.
8 oz wild Alaskan salmon filet (skin-on)
1 TBSP Butter
⅓ cup Longaevitas GOLDEN Granola
Avocado spray oil
Grind granola to a fine crust consistency (can easily be done in a coffee grinder) Rub fish with butter pat on all sides with the ground Golden granola, pressing it in a bit to hold and then let it rest for 10-15 minutes. To create crunchy texture, spray gently with avocado spray oil enough to coat the fillet just before placing in the air fryer.
Pre-heat air fryer to 400 F. Place salmon on greased fryer basket and cook for 18 minutes or until internal temp reaches 135. Remove from air fryer. Serve with lemon slices, asparagus and mashed potatoes with garlic. Enjoy!
