Golden Eggs with Spinach

A lot of people on Keto enjoy eggs and a lot of those same people avoid vegetables all together. We say, don’t skip the greens! Loaded with vitamins A and K.This miraculous dish is entirely Keto-friendly and you’ll love how the savory blend of turmeric, cinnamon and ginger make this “loose” omelette come alive.


3 organic pasture-raised eggs

¼ pound Organic Spinach

1 Avocado

⅓ cup Longaevitas GOLDEN Granola

2 TBSP Organic Olive Oil

1 TBSP Butter

¼ tsp sea salt


Place olive oil in a 10” non stick pan and add spinach. Heat on very low heat for 2 minutes, tossing frequently. Place spinach on a plate.

In a small bowl, add 3 eggs and salt and mix. Add butter to an 8” non stick pan, heat on medium high heat, gently turning the eggs throughout (omelette style) Add finished eggs on top of spinach. Add chopped avocado, top with Longaevitas GOLDEN granola and serve.
